Game is blocked by WPC (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

Hello!
I will briefly describe the problem: I click on the "play" button, an error appears, which is visible in the screenshot. I googled it, and it was said that it was related to UAC, which was successfully disabled for me. I turned it on, but the error persisted. Can anyone come across or know the solution?
