Problems with renaming items (armor weapons) (Fallout 4)

Smoked the entire forum, I have not found it anywhere. Help - people are kind.
I can't rename objects - I can delete characters, but write my own in any way, neither in Russian, nor in English. Pirate game.
If anyone knows the solution to the issue, please unsubscribe.

I canâ€™t help, it didnâ€™t happen. Some repacks are partially crooked - maybe that's the problem.

There is no expansion or crafting, only textures
This problem was before mods, I did the first playthrough without mods, and could not rename anything.

similar troubles. also from Khatab. I just remove unnecessary characters in very long names and that's it. Inconvenient but not fatal ...

I re-go to the menu of the workbench and norms a couple of times ... the truth does not always help
