Dualshock 4 Anniversary Edition issue

Good day!
After buying a new gamepad, I ran into one strange problem.
I bought a Dualshock 4 Anniversary Edition (gray, with a colored PS logo) to replace the black one that came with the console.
As a result, the gamepad does not perceive the headphones at all - neither the headset that comes with the kit nor the Apple Earpods, although everything worked with the original joystick.
What could be the problem? The settings have not changed, for communication in the party you have to take the old one: D
