I don't really need 1-2 and 6 sockets of the blank (both armor and armor). If you are talking about the sale of blanks, then such units are buying.
You can pick up eth non socket elite blanks. In some, you can make the required number of sockets by quest 5 act.
You can look through all the rune-words and understand what is needed for the popular ones.
