Hi. This is the case ...When upgrading armor or weapons at the machine, those modifications that should be open for improvement are not active, namely:
1) I have all the resources for improvement
2) perks are developed to the maximum (via the console), for example: Science, weapon fanatic, gunsmith, blacksmith.
BUT it is not possible to upgrade armor or weapons, even with some modifications that require only 1 lvl perk.
And here's what is strange: It turned out to make a modification of the "night sight" on the weapon "Launcher" - but the modification requires the perks "Fatatic Weapon Level 4" and "Science 1" (which I have). Modifications that are weaker on demand are not active for use, although there are definitely all resources and perk levels too.
More than half of about the modifications are closed due to such a bug, I repeat (everything is there: max perks, a bunch of resources), but more complex modifications are active than simpler ones! What could it be, a bug?
Additionally: perk burglar, hacker are developed to the maximum, and some locks (difficult +) terminals cannot be broken, except with the console, but not so cool.

At first it was really difficult and interesting (there are few cartridges, little hp, the armor is weak, the opponents are tenacious and strong), but somewhere by the 30-40th level, the situation radically changed and it became too easy. I even stopped investing perks after level 50, because I no longer felt the need for something - even the fattest mob flies away with a few shots from an explosive shotgun, and in batches you can stand for a long time without doing anything in power armor. She, by the way, is generally imbue made in the game and disturbs the balance too much. When I play next time, in principle I will not wear it, so that at least some interest remains at high levels.
