file in the folder with the game stem.ini at the end of the file change to Russian and that's it

If the ripak .... Mortal Kombat X Binaries Retail here is the file Configuration parameters (.ini) you should go into it (via a text tool) and look for the line Language = Alien .... change to Russian Everything
