Second Island (Evil Genius)

Good day to all. The other day I decided to go through Evil Genius once more, nostalgia and all that. And this is the question, I did everything square, but there are still no buttons for moving to the 2nd island. Oo mb jamb repack I honestly xs, who eats who is 100% working without jambs repack or who can tell what kind of garbage?
