Problems after the last patch (Fallout 4)

After a couple of minutes of playing in an open area or in the light, FPS starts to drop unrealistically (from 60 to 25-32). You minimize the game, unfold it in 20 seconds - and everything is OK !! The swap file is huge made 6-12g on each disk. I closed everything I could (browsers, Skype, etc.). It's all bullshit anyway. Appeared after the last update. What to do?
