Third Brightstone Cove Bonfire - Tseldora (Dark Souls 2)

A question for connoisseurs: in the Schoolboy version of the game it is so conceived that there is no rope to move to the third bonfire? I watched the video walkthrough - everything is fine with the letsplayer, 2 ropes. Already burned the coal of enmity at the stake - all the same it did not appear. How do you get to the third bonfire?
