Blur turned on. What to do? (Fallout 4)

Something with a picture. I set the game settings to standard - nothing changes.
If you load earlier saves or start a new game, then the picture is normal.

To remove the green tint, open the console in the game and enter the command rimod 00094636.
To reset the colors and restore the sharpness of the image, enter the command rimod 002041B6 in the console.
