Is there a quality mod? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I would like pereproyti game, but the original is passed is at least 8 times. There experts on the mod? I would like a global mod, but not some school roach or some shit, but really good mod without fanaticism, but with a bunch of nice enhancements and so on.
