Where can you find the perfect Fire Rune? (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

To open the recipe for an excellent rune, you need to read three drawings through the curtain fire; one in the inner lands I don't remember the exact place there, like an elf asking for help in the ruins of some kind of artifact to include, like, one in the astrarium cave in the western limit, and another in the whistling wastelands. one more, the recipe for the master rune will open, when you find three, the recipe for an excellent rune will open.
