The screen resolution does not change in the game (Spore)

A couple of days ago I had an urge to update my Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. It seems that all the rules have been updated, and when I went to Spore there in the graphics settings 1920 x 1080 @ 64Hz. and does not show other options there. And since my old laptop with Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz won't do that, I have a terrible FPS from 3 to 7 already in the menu. And with such a problem, I came here in search of a know-it-all who could suggest how to reduce the resolution.

Ps Reinstallation, GFGeditor, Patches (I don’t know how to install) didn’t help, and I didn’t find config (of which there are many), which could change the resolution.
