Gray screen in the menu application of vinyls (Forza Horizon 4)

In short, I go to the application of vinyls... the interface is, but the screen is grey(hence no machine). When choosing some sort of vinyl he just POPs on this grey background is completely flat(to change the color of the can) as the picture of the interface. When painting similar problem, only on vinyl.
Can who faced with such, prompt what to do.
