I recently bought a fallout 4 on the incentive, because for some reason the disc with the game itself did not reach my city. Will I be able to install mods and the game if it is purchased on incentive? Please tell meCPAllianceP

The other day I downloaded a mod manager for fallout 4, the antivirus does not let it through, it found a virus in it. Maybe there is a website where you can download it? Tell me, I'll try to figure it out myself
