Doesn't play full screen (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Who can say why when I put it on full screen the picture is compressed and when in the window then what could be the problem ?? please tell me

If the card is AMD then put firewood 15.11.1 On the previous version, I had a picture in the corner. But it's good that the firewood was done 4 days before the release.

And on my windows 10, nvidia vidyuha in all three modes does not set the full screen, what's the problem?
