Pick up Fallout 2 (Fallout 2)
I never climbed deep into games, but a terrible thing happened! I lost Bishop's briefcase. I put it somewhere. All the shelves, boxes, drawers and so on, look through this tin.I heard on one of the forums (I won't find it now) that they pick save files in critical situations. For example, a car disappeared (before RP there was such a bug). Who knows if it is possible to search for it in the game files?

Use "Universal savegame editor for Fallout & Fallout2" and spawn Bishop's briefcase in your inventory. Nothing bad will happen if there are two of them in the game.

Moreover, with the help of the thing that FJhGB gave you, you can edit global variables (it helps a lot with a bug in quests)

There was about the same canoe, but with drawings of a vertibird. It was not Matt from the BS that brought them at first, but the Chinese. I thought they would make a copy, but they took the original. And Matt is the one who makes the copy. The editor helped, yes.
