Return of the Enclave? (Fallout 4)

Would you like to see the return of the Enclave in Fallout 4? As an official DLC esessno, in the sense without fan mods.

It is clear that the main forces of the Enclave have been destroyed, etc., but let's be realistic in relation to Besezdy's work - why the hell haven't the mutants died yet? Yes, the Master stamped a lot of them, but hundreds of them are mowed down everywhere, and they still appear somewhere. Why doesn't the Enclave "appear" again? This is the first thing. The flight of imagination here can be limitless, given that the Enclave is, in fact, the official US army. And against this background, it's so easy to just mow two bases + an oil platform and declare that the entire US army has been destroyed sounds crazy. It can't be that the Enclave is based in only three locations.

Further, since the synths are destroyed / become allies (both options further do not matter, since they assume the end of the story with them), then we need a new enemy! The new high-tech enemy. However, if the DLCs are 100% side-by-side, then it will be just a local story that is unlikely to be related to such global things of the past.

Well, the enclave is not the entire US army, it is a paramilitary cell of the government that took refuge in Poseidon, in fact there should not be much of an enclave, and after the tower was destroyed, they essentially lost their leadership and, accordingly, are no longer so strong, maybe their bases still remain somewhere but again, the Enclave was not the entire US army.
So they can add it, but they are unlikely to be

Already modifications will gash about the Enclave is in the grandmother, do not go. They will be on every corner in Boston if you wish. But at the expense of the official expansion and the role of the Enclave in it, there are certain doubts about the size and scope of their participation in this plot. Although, of course, no one will cut the Enclave from the Fallout universe. It is a fact.

Why don't they have a bunch of all kinds of bunkers all over the country (for example, a rotorcraft refueling station in NW), so some of the members of this organization must have survived. They could calmly redeploy to other places after the oil rig was blown up.

According to the New Vegas canon, the Enclave still has several small outposts and one large one in Chicago. So it is quite possible.

It would be cool, the Enclave is the US government (analogue of the pre-war), with its president (who was killed, but still), what is also interesting is that the Enclave was engaged in at least some kind of modernization of pre-war technologies, and not as a brotherhood that just "tread on the spot ". Even if the Enclave has not the most humane ways of returning the new world to a normal state, they at least did something.
In general, with the population of the NKR, the technologies of the Institute and the power of the Enclave, it is possible to return the same pre-war world that was once destroyed.
