Windows Live Issue (Ace Combat: Assault Horizon)

(Option A) The game is not installed:
1. Visit the website: http://www.xbox.com/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient
2. Download Games for Windows Live Client installer
3. Run the downloaded installer and follow the instructions
4. After installation , run the installer Ace Combat: Assault Horizon
5. Follow the instructions
6. After installation, the game is ready to start.
(Option B) The game is installed and the error appears when launching: "Failed to Create Direct3D device or initialize Games for Windows Live"
1. Move the mouse pointer to the upper right corner of the screen. A sidebar should appear.
2. Click "Options"
3. Click "Control Panel"
4. In the Control Panel, select "Programs and Features"
5. In the window that appears, double-click on "Microsoft Games for Windows - Live Redistributable" and follow the instructions that appear.
