What the hell is this? (Fallout 4)

Steam license played more than 100 hours, and then I wanted to put Newdialog mod through the nexus mod manager. As a result, the game does not start. I completely deleted the game. Reinstalled. Stupidly for 3 seconds a black screen and crashes. There is not even a message about the end of the program.

I think it's in the Fallout4.ini file. When deleted, it could have been saved. There is an [Archive] section, and the mod manager works with it. If you restore the original Fallout4.ini, then I think everything will work. Probably you can just download the configuration file and pull it out Or, perhaps, simply by deleting the file and going to the settings section in the launcher, the game will create it anew.

the game automatically turns on any mod file that it finds on its date if you let it through the laucher,
so set the nada in the old fashioned way manually
