too long armor names in pip-boy (Fallout 4)

Hello!
The names of the different types of regular armor are long, and I can't figure out which one is better at the moment. The end of the phrase is not visible (on which leg or arm)
I tried to rename, but it is inconvenient to compare the renamed one.
Maybe there is a mod to enlarge the pip-boy screen, or display the inscriptions completely?
Or some compact font ...
