How do I change the FOV? (Metro: Last Light)

I tried all the methods, but the fow changes back. How to make it 80-90 degrees instead of the default 50?

you do not need to enter the value 90 in the config so

that fov is 90, you need to enter 59 for 16: 9 or 65 for 16:10
