Where to get all the lads? (Saints Row: The Third)

There is no taxi in the game, I read in the forum saintsrowmods.com they wrote something about a taxi, which file did you edit when you replaced the shaundy with a taxi

The incentive has a DLC called Saints Row: The Third - Unlockable Pack.
It opens up to all the things, upgrades that you did not receive in the story.
I got a taxi, an ambulance and a brother who was supposed to give any weapon.
Most likely, since they are not in the game, it's all just cut out by the developers, but they forgot to tweak the statistics.
