Bug with the task \ "Mass Fusion \" (Fallout 4)

In short, I got to the Dangerous, destructive reactor to get some kind of super object. Then the guards appeared blah-blah-blah .. But I can not use the elevator (there is a card) The voice says that the safe mode is on, but I I searched everything there or did not miss anything .. Help!
