I revived the raiders with the resurrect command, left the location, saved, put the 3rd patch, returned to the location, killed one and the task was counted. Moreover, the 2nd raider was still alive. But I think the game counts 3 kills of raiders in this lock, so it will be enough to revive and kill one on the spot.
