If you destroyed the Brotherhood and stood up for the Institute, then maybe that's why, and if you destroyed the Institute for the Brotherhood and does not take it, then perhaps another bug.

Most likely, this is a bug after completing the quest to liberate the castle. Open your console and type removefac 00075d56.

Don't complain about radiant quests. I walked with him calmly after the opening of the bastion. Came to idolization. Cool guy.
