Transfer items from the workbench (Fallout 4)

There is a problem, folks. He dragged all the trash to the Red Rocket and disassembled it there. Now I'm building the Senchuari, I need wiring for the turrets, but there is no wiring on the Senchuari workbench, but in the Red Rocket it's a fig. How do I transfer resources from one workbench to another? What to poke, where to look?

Caravans must be laid between settlements and they will have a common content on the workbench.

aim at a settler in build mode, press create a supply line, and choose the base you want to unite with.
UPD: This requires the local leader perk, which opens when you reach the 6th level of charisma

For the Korovans, the "Local Leader" perk of level 2 is needed, it seems

UPD .: Get it right, the 1st level perk is needed, not the 2nd!

Do you want some wiring? go to the inventory of the workbench and find all the items with "copper", take them to your inventory and transfer them to the Sench workbench, that's it!

I know this, but I didn’t know that caravans can be shared by all settlements ...
