Rotten optimization (Titanfall)

Greetings! I ask for help.
The minimum system requirements are intel core 2 duo 2.4.
I have core 2 duo 2.99. RAM 4, video card R9 270X (2gb).
The game is stable ~ 20 fps. Today it was ten, that's already something.

I already defragmented it, and put it in the mode in the window + "no frame", and set almost all the settings to a minimum, turned off origin in the game and used everything that was possible in win8.
There is no need to talk about razerBooster and other optimizers.

What's strange is that Task Manager only sees "Matching" to one processor core. If I put a tick on the second one, the lags disappear. ... So the mouse starts twitching like mad, it's impossible to play.

When the game first came out, I played on core 2 duo 1.86 mg. And it went fine, it just took a long time to load. So it's not about optimization.
What do you mean the mouse starts twitching like mad? Hold her tight and that's it.
