Performance issue. (The Crew)

Gentlemen, it's such a problem, in the open spaces of The Crew 50-60fps as soon as I enter the city fps drops to 20. The system is clean, the disk is defragmented. Windows 10 Pro 64, Intel (R) Core (TM) 2 Quad CPU Q9500 @ 2.83GHz, 8.00 GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 6990

weak. On my wooden i3-2100 it drops to 40-45 in the city, but you can play. Try the Razer Cortex app.
