Unable to craft equipment (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Such a problem. Some equipment (bracers, weapons) that need to be crafted has a red anvil, not black, and it does not display the cost of manufacturing. Accordingly, it is not possible to make an item. Already opened a couple of these. How to fix it?

to make it, you need to find drawings, they are usually given on assignment and still lie in yellow chests
