for beauty and nothing else, unfortunately. it would not be bad if they could be put on the splash screen or on the loading screen in the game

Just a collection of art / frames / materials that you can look at how they were created, for example, characters and their early concepts (or locations, or listen to music, etc.).
To find all this, you need to select the "additional" item in the main menu, and then "collection" - all the finds from the Crypt are thrown there.
