Will AMD Radeon 7850 (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate) play?

I am thinking of purchasing this card, whether it will be possible to play on it in FullHD on medium at least. Percent AMD FX6300, 8GB DDR3

I play on hd7850 2gb at high with 40 fps .. despite the fact that my percentage is weaker simply (athlon x4 750k). The video card is good, everything on high pulls .. well, Batman is only new on medium ..

change percentage to Athlon 860K. A gtx 750ti card or GTX950-960 (if the latter, then 4 GB). RAM 8 GB. So much for a good budget computer.
