Missing trailer (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

What do you mean lost, your truck was traveling with a trailer, but arrived without a trailer? Or is there a trailer, but there is no confirmation of delivery after unhooking?
And give more information: the version of the game, which map, where exactly the problem arose.
