Partner chat bug (Fallout 4)

Hi.
I have such a problem - when I go into a dialogue with a partner (anyone) and select the "talk" item there, then nothing happens. Those. no further menu appears. I can't, for example, force my partner to remove the armor.
Although the rest of the points of the "exchange" type work.
What can be wrong? :(

I found a solution! This happens when you haven't finished a dialogue with someone. That is, you spoke to someone in the game, but turned the camera away and ran away without finishing. If you find this character and end the dialogue, your partner's chat will return! In my case it was a dude from a bar in Diamond City
