Huge Pip-boy (Fallout 4)

For some reason unknown to me, Pip-boy has become bigger than my screen.


Lived to level 21 and have never seen anything like this. This transformation took place after he soaked the alien and took his miracle cannon.
Who is to blame and what to do?
