Will the save remain? (Fallout 4)

I have a Steam version, I went pretty far, but managed to install a few mods, after which the game stopped working. I deleted everything I remembered exactly, but to no avail. If you delete the game in Steam and reinstall it, are saves. If not, can they be copied (by the way, who knows the path to them in Win 7) and used after reinstallation?

If you have the "Steam cloud" function enabled, then after the local deletion, the saves are synchronized. And yes, they are stored locally in the "Documents folder / My games / Fallout 4 / Saves". It seems that way.
