Can't get weapons from Brotherhood of Steel (Fallout 4)

Possibly the following:
I did not put the weapon on the required key
The game tupanula or glorified a glitch, it could be the same game.
Restart the game, save after the conversation, exit the game and re-enter.

well, let's go from the trivial to the hard:
- roll back the save
- if you haven't restarted the game - restart
- if there is a punto switcher - turn it off
- throw all weapons out of inventory and take them back
- enter / exit power armor
- fast travel / transition to locations
- try to start some kind of quest dialogue, where you can't get a weapon anyway (I haven't met such, but maybe there is), but as the dialogue ends - everything will be okay
- tcl there, and then back

it was similar: there is a sound from the first person - there are no weapons and there is no pip-boy, the
wheel spun from the third person then back - everything became normal
