Inconsistencies in the instructions for installing mods (Fallout 4)

They write that the esp mod files need to be pushed into the root folder, then into the Data folder, but with whole folders you won't understand at all. For example, that the textures folder needs to be sent to the root with the executable, and in any other case, again to Data. But Data already has a textures folder, in which there are many times more folders and files than in the new one. Replace old ones with new ones? Is there any clear clarification on this?

Here's the example of Fola New Vegas. As said above, all mods are in the Data folder. And folders with textures or other and esp files.

In the Data folder, by default, there is no textures folder, all textures are packed into an archive, so nothing needs to be replaced if you haven't installed a bunch of mods before
