Steam does not connect to servers

6:23 Moscow time, Moscow Region.
Steam does not want to connect to the Internet "Failed to connect to the Steam network" but at the same time it calmly downloads the beta version or the original version of the client (if you select it offline, it sinned on the beta version of Steam). Does someone have a similar problem or should I look for it on my computer?
