Can't switch the page to window mode

Whenever left-clicking on two squares in the upper right corner of the screen, the page switched to window mode. Now it only twitches, but does not contract. When you click on the line (next), it collapses normally. Dug in the browser settings but found nothing. And this is the picture in all available browsers. Windows 7 64. Help who came across pls.
