The nvidia inspector is the easiest way. Googled, everything is elementary there.

In the ini file, the line iPresentInterval = 0 - no lock, iPresentInterval = 1 - lock for 60 frames, iPresentInterval = 2 - lock for 30 frames

n't it easier to find a solution to your problem? because of what is jumping? MB settings change or the PC needs to be cleaned, etc. etc. Or are you a pine breeder? then ok xD

from pine trees, as you put it, and so lock for 30 frames and there it will not be possible to change it!

you can put ENB for a fallout (I did so) and put lock on any value in enblocal.ini

Yes, I already understood how to make lock 30, but the problem is that these 30 fps are not adaptive (there is such a setting in the Nvidia control panel, it makes 30 fps smooth, like 60)

It does not do 30 fps as 60. It only disables vsink if fps is below 60. Hence the name "adaptive".

You don’t understand, 30 fps becomes smoother in adaptive than without it ... There is a difference between 30 and 60, but it is less noticeable.
