Lack of achievements to play Uplay on PC (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Hey! I bought the game on Steam, she then, of course, automatically registered on Uplay, but achievements did not appear in Uplay. This was not the case before. In previous games from Yubisoft, which were bought on Steam, there were achievements in yupley. Can someone please explain what is the reason?
