Unlocking the mod manager in the game launcher. (Fallout 4)

The developers cleverly hid the button for calling the mod manager in the launcher to unlock it, do the following:
in the Fallout4Prefs.ini file (C: Users Your name Documents My Games Fallout4), add the line bEnableFileSelection = 1 to the [Launcher] section, save.

And so it is clear what to manually register, the question is how to enable the built-in manager after the last update. Not yet succeeded, either nexus, or manually.
