Change poses and animations (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Hello. Please tell me, are there any ways (or modes) to add or change the animation of the model when shooting? Just write about that in comp games, I was a complete goof and so you can ask stupid questions, that GTA 5 was the game about a month ago. And GTA 5 I need, actually not for the game itself (at this time almost none), but for creating videos. But despite the stunning realism of the graphics of the game, the quality and the behavior of the model, unfortunately leaves much to be desired. First when shooting a model always takes the same pose. Second, if shooting is not when walking, as from a standing position, the arrow is not clear and not natural twitch of his feet, as if their fever enough. There any way to change this?
