Power armor wrists (Fallout 4)

I finally found the strength. armor X-01, full (or almost full)
And there, like other types of power armor, the hands appear white.
Where can I get them? Or do they come with a full mod?

The author did not explain well what he meant. When you put on the power armor, a little man icon appears at the bottom left, and there you can see the state of individual parts of the power armor. So in a full set, the hands are always empty, as if parts of the armor were missing.
