Trouble with quest SHADOW OF STEEL (Fallout 4)

I've completed the tasks to kill the murderer of my wife, I go out, I see the airship, I get the tasks. SHADOW STEEL, I go to the tasks in the police station, I go into it and suddenly there is no dude with whom I need to talk. WHAT TO DO ????? maybe someone knows the command for his TP or something similar. Here is a screenshot
