Suddenly, the game became crap and blurred around the edges. (Fallout 4)

I ran into a crowd of ghouls and mosquitoes and took aim from a rifle. Someone hit me and a gray screen came out of aiming. At first I thought that some kind of effect was imposed, but when I was cured, the game was still in gray. What is the reason, tell me, maybe I pressed something wrong?
