Green cubes! (Fallout 4)

Hello everyone! I installed the game recently, everything was installed well, no problems with launching. Since my system is not so strong, I changed everything to a minimum in the settings. I went into the game and on you ... Green cubes appeared, flickering and what is most interesting of them most of all in the place where it is darker, for example, a lot of them appear in the dark or underground. But even with sunlight, they also appear, although not so often. I have to always and everywhere walk with the flashlight on.
From the beginning I thought that I installed the game crookedly, reinstalled it, without results. I updated all the drivers, too useless.
Guys, if you know how to end this, please answer. Of course, you can play, but these cubes are damnable in the way.
