Tank Constructor No Step Back (Hearts of Iron 4)

Hello everybody!
The question is, how much does reliability affect? I made a fairly immobile tank, but it has 37% reliability, I understand that I will lose more equipment, but will this affect human losses? On combat characteristics? Division experience?
