Most likely in the processor. If the one in the profile is used ...

..., it does not have SSE 4.1 / 4.2 and AVX instructions, which are required for some new games to work. I used Athlon II x2 250 before and remained x4 640, the maximum they had was SSE 4A:

When there are no instructions in the CPU itself, it will hardly be possible to "include" them in the BIOS. If the game was launched on a different hardware, it is advisable to indicate it so that others would not guess.
